Please be advised that, due to the fact we have to order in each tow-bar as required, a 50%, non-refundable, deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you are content with your quote and wish to proceed with the installation, a proposed booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. The proposal will contain a link to enable you to pay the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Until the deposit is paid the booking has not been fully confirmed. This means that your tow-bar will not be ordered and the proposed time and date may betaken by another booking.

It is, therefore, imperative that deposits are paid as soon as practicable after receipt.

If the deposit has not been paid within 72 hours, the proposed booking will be cancelled and you will need to contact us to reschedule.

If you attend your appointment and your tow-bar is fitted as planned, the deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
